Booking/Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your dates at the time of booking. Full payment is due 90 days before your trip. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except for any of the reasons listed below. All pricing is in NZD and inclusive of GST. Payments can be made by either bank transfer or PayPal. All PayPal transactions will incur a 5% surcharge. 

Clients with a booked trip may cancel at any time. If cancellation is within 90 days prior to the trip then no refund will be given, unless a replacement client can be found for your chosen dates. 

 

She’s on the Fly reserves the right to cancel or postpone any trip at any time. This could be due to reasons including but not limited to; sickness, family emergencies, safety and extreme weather due to sudden or forecasted events. In this very unlikely event we will do our absolute best to find a replacement guide or alternative dates for your booking.

 

We highly recommend that all of our clients take out a comprehensive travel and medical insurance policy to cover any sudden change of plans or unforeseen circumstances. She’s on the Fly will not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury, death or claims of any kind or nature. 

 

In the event that you are not able to travel due to official government Covid-19 travel restrictions, your deposit will be credited to a future trip where available and within 12 months of the original booking.
